This letter shows a discrimination behavior against targeted professional like B.Tech degree holder. They actually afraid from actual owners of technical capability of B.Tech degree holders. HEC has already declared that its dependents on organization/departments that they either B.Tech holders or B.E holders. Supreme Court of Pakistan has given many decisions in the fevour of B.Tech holders competency regarding their hired positions and promotion even plenty of applications were filed against B.Tech degree holders.

PEC is the body of non-professionals it is the only body was established on bias basis.
